Do you have it in the nox directory and do you have the .dlls for DevIL with it? Also make sure your video.bag isn't corrupted

yes, i just copy and pasted all files into my nox directory.
DevIL.dll
ILU.dll
ILUT.dll
NoxPacker.exe
nxzdll.dll
i'm pretty sure my video.bag isn't corrupted as all the other nox tools seem to work: map editor, mod suite, etc. exporting the images by section from the mod suite is going to DESTROY my finger from all the clicking lol

Does it throw an error? Or is it still dumping the empty file? Because I just downloaded the latest (linked from noxhub.net) version in the main post, placed it in my installation directory, ran it, and it worked fine.

no, no error. just says "loaded 0 sections" then closes. there's a "noximages" folder created in the game installation folder but alas ... it's empty ...

There has to be something wrong with your video.idx
regardless i can unpack mine and upload, its not that large as jpg
