surprised no one here has a topic bout this game yet.

i finally fell to all the hype and finally bought this game. "all the entertaining videos people sorta like the one on here"

 having hard time not geting killed due to being to jumpy not wanting to stealth around all the time.
finally started finding weapons when i watched a video telling me to stay out of small towns and off the coast. now i get a gun but get un lucky on finding food and drink have yet to make it to a hospital or drive a car or set up a camp sure be nice to make some friends on this game but everyone i encounter are unfriendly and or don t know to respond back.

read that this game is going to go as a stand alone game after a while i sure hope they make the zombies not zig zag and zombie die quicker then i fire they drop like 3 seconds later after i put 3 or 4 more rounds in them then i was post to. but then again im only like 4 days in playing surely ill get the hang of it befor i know it.

Its a good fun game, I have a server up for it: US 1611

Jekate and I both play and there is a dedicated TS for the server

I just had the craziest things happen in Cherno tonight. Also, pretty sure a hacker was playing. Short story is I killed a guy, 15 minutes later he flys to Cherno with a helicopter.

Server needs a restart. All of our tents are missing. No flattened tents on the ground so it looks like the glitch again.

We just hang in my room and watch movies and stuff.

Killed someone through a window, and then someone else fixed and took the bus in cherno (it respawned). I tried to shoot him while he was fixing it but the damn gun hit the roof even though I had a clear shot, so I had to crouch and by then all he did was zigzag and run behind walls. Never got another clean shot.

also can confirm that you can't shoot through the bus side windows I guess....

finally progress i get m16 with like 8 clips in my bag i roll into a tree stomp and instant death.
then with no luck on a main weapon i find a pistol and a dirt bike im riding up north haven t made it to that millitary base yet i get half way there someone kills everyone at once :(

did the new patch make it so you can t carry a weapon in your back pack i go to put one in there and it disappears or just cause i didn t have enof item slots in my bag?

If you don't have enough slots it kills the weapon.

What server you on? We have a TS for ours and we play on it regularly and have tents and vehicles and lots of extra items.

i  playin on 1611 now one hosted by SBT right? i seen two 1611 earlyer.
 found a chopper crash site :D then i tabed out afk looking at a map trying to figure out where the hell i was and got poped in the head soon i tabed over. scared the shit out of me.

yeh i fell asleep after a long session. was hoping to catch the restart and haul ass the chopper crash.
hope sitting in the lobby isn't againts the rules.

Helicopter crashses after a restart spawn randomly again. So they most likely won't be in the same location after a restart.

Also it is my server and (generally) I make the rules, the anti cheat system may kick you at some point though.

Also I turned off auto resets because resets break just about everything right now, I only reset when the bugs from not resetting have accumulated enough to outweigh the bugs from resetting.

what the team speak info its not on the server at start up is it? or is it the voice thing you have on the forum near to bottom on the noxfourm.net page?

LOL found a bike tonight was riding on the tracks a bus passes guess didn t see me on the tracks. well i keep following figure ill catch up at some point . i catch up see dude jump out the bus heading into elektro i jump in he fires once at me. im trying my damnedest to turn around bleeding. he grabs my bike and begins pursuit. any way end up dumping it a bit behind a deer stand near kamyhovo needs a new windsheild.

Hah, last bus I saw someone driving around in I blew it up and killed him. It always spawns without fail in cherno when I reset the server right now.

my 5 day story end by geting morphed to a cow by a hackerat 3pm wasn t what i envisioned wish i could at least defended my self...

Yeah i'm taking down the server, its is way too unstable and buggy right now and they haven't fixed shit (in fact made it somewhat worse) in the recent patches. I also am not allowed to ban hackers but have to wait for the master list to cover them, fucking useless to host for this game in its current state.

is there any chance for a new nox forum dayz server?

Maybe once the stand alone is actually really worth playing, I know a few people that really want to go back to it but it's not worth the investment yet.

nah,the mod have more meat than the standalone.
plus there are alot of mod variants like Origins or Epoch and shit that add alot of stuff.

The standalone should hopefully end up better since it is ground up made for it. But every play attempt so far has been really disappointing.
