This is a fresh install
I tried:
* Game.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.
  - Change the Comaptability Mode.
Go through the start menu, Find Nox
Right click the icon, go to properties.
Change the Compatibility to Windows 98/Me.

Can anyone help?
