Flashing Screen Seizure.

Im running XP and whenever i try to run Nox the screen has a fit. Iv tried adjusting my setting to all the resolutions but that doesnt seem to have any effect. Note: the copy of nox i am running is the "easier" one available on these forums and i have not applied any updates.
Anyone have any idea?

try setting compatibility mode to 95, 98, ME and so on. Could be your video card you can look up the numerous topics that address this. -window mode as well
